TRIPLE S WARRANTY INFORMATION

30 DAY NO HASSLE BUY BACK GUARANTEE

At Triple S we want happy customers. If you receive an item and are not satisfied, you may return new, unused,

and resalable items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange it for something else on our site.

In any instance that the items you receive is our error, we'll gladly pay return shipping costs but all wrongly

shipped items must be handled within 30 days of the purchase date. All items should be returned in their original

product packaging. If we shipped the correct items and you want to return within the 30 day policy you are

responsible for the freight fees incurred.

All products returned under this policy are eligible for a refund, which may include an in-store credit or credit to

the original payment method. We will credit you for the total purchase price upon our receipt of the product.

TRIPLE S ATTACHMENTS WARRANTY

Our Triple S Attachments warrants each new machine purchased from us to be free from defects in material and

workmanship for a period of twelve (12) months from date of delivery to the original purchaser. Our obligation under

this warranty is to replace free of charge for any part proven defective within the stated warranty time limit.

All parts must be returned freight prepaid and adequately packaged to prevent damage in transit.

This warranty does not cover:

1. New products which have been operated in excess of rated capacities or negligence

2. Misuse, abuse, accidents or damage due to improperly routed hoses

3. Machines which have been altered, modified or repaired in any manner that is not authorized

4. Previously owned equipment

5. Any ground engaging tools in which natural wear is involved, i.e. tooth tips, cutting teeth, etc

6. Normal maintenance

7. Fork tines

8. Hydraulic motors that have been disassembled in any manor

In no event will Triple S Sales, Inc., our manufacturer, or any other company affiliated with it or them be liable

for incidental or consequential damages or injuries, including but not limited to the loss of profit, rental or

substitute equipment or other commercial loss. Purchaser’s sole and exclusive remedy being as provided here in above.

Triple S Sales, Inc. must receive immediate notification of defect and no allowance will be made for repairs

without our consent or approval. All warranty claims will ultimately be decided by our manufacturer.

This warranty is in lieu of all other warranties, express or implied by law or otherwise, and there is no warranty

of merchantability or fitness purpose.

Any of these limitations excluded by local law shall be deemed deleted from this warranty; all other terms apply.

This warranty may not be enlarged or modified in any manner except in writing signed be an executive officer of

our manufacturer to improve its products whenever it is possible and practical to do so. Our manufacturer reserves

the right to make changes and or add improvements at any time without incurring any obligation to make such

changes or add such improvements to products previously sold.

VINYL (PVC) FENCE AND RAIL PROFILES WARRANTY

We offer a limited lifetime warranty on our vinyl ranch rail fencing that will protect against any manufacturing

defects and workmanship that result in blistering, peeling, flaking and abnormal weathering or discoloration.

Our warranty does NOT cover any acts of god, such as hail storms, etc. Triple S Products.com, division of

Triple S Sales Inc. is an authorized Sales Representative of vinyl fence and rail profiles. For complete details of

FENCE INSTALLATION TOOLS WARRANTY

All items carry a two year limited warranty (except router bits) protects against all manufacturing defects.

Product replacement is provided at no charge to the customer, but must be returned within 2 years of the

purchase date. This warranty does NOT cover any physical damage, for example, excessive abuse, and

all products for warranty return must be sent back for inspection before crediting the buyer. If the item is

deemed damaged more than usual wear-and-tear, Triple S Sales, Inc. will not be responsible for issuing

a credit, and will send back the product to the buyer. The Original Triple S Notching Tool carries a

limited lifetime warranty, under the same guidelines as the above paragraph.
